If your order arrives damaged, broken, in bad condition or if products are missing, you can contact us within 24 hours at info@conservaslarosita.com and we will replace the products or refund the amount spent.

To proceed with the refund or return, you will need some information: order data, your identification, the reasons for the return and a photo of the product as arrived in case of defect.
