INGREDIENTS

  • 1 baguette
  • Cantabrian Anchovies in olive oil
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • Half avocado
  • 50 g arugula
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Extra virgin olive oil

PREPARATION

  1. Cut the baguette into thin slices and place in the oven at 170 degrees for 10 minutes.
  2. Wash and dry the cherry tomatoes.
  3. Cut the tomatoes and avocado into cubes and finely the arugula. Put extra virgin olive oil, pepper and a little salt. Stir slowly.
  4. At this point just put a teaspoon of avocado flavored with cherry tomatoes and arugula on the crouton and lay over a fillet of anchovy. Bon appetit!
