INGREDIENTS

Salted anchovies from Cantabrian – 4

Cannellini beans – 400g

Parsley

Red onion

Cherry tomatoes – 100g

White wine vinegar

Evo oil 

Salt

Pepper 

 

PREPARATION

  1. Gently rinse the salted anchovies in water and vinegar, then dry and deliscare
  2. Roughly chop the onion, parsley and cherry tomatoes
  3. Combine all the ingredients and season with white wine vinegar, salt and pepper to taste
  4. Let stand for 10 minutes and serve
