RUSSIAN SALAD WITH BONITO DEL NORTE

INGREDIENTS

4 potatoes

Bonito del Norte in olive oil – 215 g 

4 carrots 

Canned peas – 150g

225 ml of mayon

PREPARATION

  1. Carefully wash and peel potatoes and carrots
  2. Boil the vegetables in salted water until they are well cooked, taking care not to flake them
  3. Cut the vegetables into cubes and let them cool
  4. In a bowl, add a little oil, mix the cut vegetables, the drained tuna and the peas
  5. Finally, gradually add the mayonnaise until the mixture is firm and homogeneous
  6. Let stand in the fridge for at least an hour

 

PLATING

Serve with croutons of bread
